Selleria Store will deliver the ordered products online at https://www.selleriastore.it, in collaboration with the best national couriers.

Shipping costs are to be understood for the Italian territory.

These costs are not included in particularly disadvantaged places, which require the implementation of special porterage and similar by the courier.

In such cases Selleria Store reserves the right to request an extra payment to the customer.

In the case of dispatch abroad, an increase is foreseen.

The delivery times of the goods will depend on the payment method chosen by the Customer.

After payment of the order, the goods delivered to the courier, will be sent and delivered within an indicative average time of 24/48 hours (express courier), 72/96 (industrial courier), while for the islands the estimated time is 48 / 72 hours, 96 (industrial courier).


All deliveries are understood to be made on the ground floor.
In no case selleriastore.it can be held responsible for the delayed or non-delivery due to courier or due to force majeure or accident

Every courier or forwarder has his procedure for the contestation of the damaged goods, as soon as the goods are shipped we will send the correct procedure to follow to correctly contest the goods and protect themselves from any damage caused by the courier to the goods.

At the time of delivery of the goods, the Customer must TASSATIVELY check:
a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the consignment note;
b) that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or in any case not altered, also in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or plastic or metal straps).

REMEMBER:
1) It is your responsibility, or in any case of those delegated by you to collect the shipment, to ensure that the package is in good condition and that any complaints are made before affixing the "signature without reservations" or generally "accept with reservation" which, by definition, definitively ends the delivery and frees the shipper of his responsibilities.
2) Advance reservations on shipping, obviously where they are justified, is a right guaranteed by Article 1698 of the Civil Code, the shipper or who for it can not oppose your exercise of this right.
3) In any case, the goods must be verified within 3 days of receipt to verify the presence of any hidden damage and / or anomalies.


If anomalies are detected, please follow the instructions below:

Shipping made by TNT courier
Complain to the carrier the anomaly found and immediately make a photo.
Collect the goods (it will be easier to manage the possible replacement).
Send the photos of the package and the contents to the email info@selleriastore.it no later than 3 days from delivery.
In the e-mail insert a brief and concise description of the damage and the progress of the delivery.
You will be asked to open an insurance policy for the TNT courier.

If the goods must be replaced:
The goods will be collected at your home, and returned to our warehouse.
As soon as it arrives in the warehouse, the final contest will be made to the courier, communicating the freshmen.
The replacement goods will be shipped the same day, or the day after the maximum.

If spare parts need to be supplied to restore the product:
We will order spare parts at an official service center.
We will ship the spare parts to the customer as soon as they are received in stock.

No cost will be required to the customer

Complain to the carrier the anomaly found and immediately make a photo.
Collect the goods (it will be easier to manage the possible replacement).
Send the photos of the package and the contents to the email info@selleriastore.it no later than 3 days from delivery.
In the e-mail insert a brief and concise description of the damage and the progress of the delivery.
You will be asked to open an insurance policy with the UPS courier.

If the goods must be replaced:
The goods will be collected at your home and returned to the UPS warehouse.
A UPS expert will validate the anomaly.
The replacement goods will be shipped the same day, or the day after the maximum.
The damaged goods will be returned to the warehouse with the times related to the insurance practice.

If spare parts need to be supplied to restore the product:
We will order spare parts at an official service center.
We will ship the spare parts to the customer as soon as they are received in stock.
